Online Bill Pay

The Indian River County Utilities Department is pleased to offer payment of utilities bills (water and sewer bills) via the Internet.

We offer credit card payments through a third party processor, Point And Pay, Inc.
Point And Pay charges a 2.95% ($2.00 minimum) service charge for use of its e-payment services.
The County does not charge or retain any portion of this fee.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo.

Once your transaction has been confirmed, you will receive a receipt via e-mail.

The transaction description on your statement will read "PNP gov pay".

This service can not be used if you have had your service disconnected due to an unpaid balance.
If you use this service, your payment may not be applied to your utility account for 2 to 3 business days.
