The Indian River County Utilities Department is pleased to offer payment of utilities bills (water and sewer bills) via the Internet. We offer credit card payments through a third party processor, Point And Pay, Inc. Point And Pay charges a 2.95% ($2.00 minimum) service charge for use of its e-payment services. The County does not charge or retain any portion of this fee. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo. Once your transaction has been confirmed, you will receive a receipt via e-mail. The transaction description on your statement will read "PNP gov pay". Using this method of payment will not ensure that services will not be interrupted if your account is past due. Payments may not be applied to you utility account for 2 to 3 business days.
